Jeff and his son are awesome. They know what they are doing and get it done quickly for a fair price. I will keep coming back!

Scott and Jeff are great, if you need anything done on your vehicles this is the place to go. True professionals and have a lot of experience and knowledge. They need to get 10 stars instead of 5.

Had a vehicle with a parasitic drain that the local Honda dealership couldn't fix. Decided to try more of an out of the box solution which led me here. If you're used the to the standard 'book a time, tell them whether you're going to drop it off or wait, etc.' be prepared to be a bit more flexible. They were fairly stacked up when I first called, and rather than just tell me to bring it in and then let it sit, they told me to check back in a few days. So points off the bat for transparency and lack of greed. Also, be aware that it will cost you a little bit more if you use a card - small establishment so cash, or at least check, is king. Wasn't an issue for me. After the dealer experience I had already done some research and preliminary checking on my own, and Jeff went through what I'd come up with during the call and again when I brought it in. Actually, he probably did give me enough information on the call where I guess I could likely have figured it out, but at that stage I was ready to hand it over. Scott called me during the process and provided a fairly detailed update before doing the repair and after. All in all, definitely satisfied with the experience. If you have a

My experience with Scott and Jeff was extremely pleasurable. Scott, who I worked with most closely was a remarkable diagnostician. I have a Chrysler Crossfire which Chrysler (now Fiat) and Mercedes have all but ignored. I was experiencing several phantom draws in the electrical system which were draining itβs battery. Scott found all and made the necessary repairs. I can not say enough about this organization. The work was perfect and the cost was very reasonable.

They were busy when I called, listened to all my concerns, told me some things that could be wrong with it, and asked if I could bring it in the following week, that they would have it half a day, which I appreciated because like many people I can't be without my car for very long. Fixed some things that haven't worked right for a long time and I'll bring it back to have a couple more things fixed on it. Very personable, took time to explained everything thoroughly. Reasonable and I'll definitely go back. I also like that they're next to my favorite body shop, Collision crafters. That doesn't have anything to do with my review. I just wanted mention that.
